Estate agency with the personal touch

Traditional estate agency is being offered in Tilehurst from the beginning of August, with a twist – a ‘Personal’ Estate Agent (PEA), bringing with it a new dimension in personal service.

Davis Tate, the award winning Thames Valley Estate Agency are pleased to announce the launch of yet another PEA within the Davis Tate area. Hendrik Bossman will become the third PEA for Davis Tate, growing the company’s already impressive local network to offer a dedicated Tilehurst location. With offices in Burghfield Common, Goring-on-Thames, Henley-on-Thames, Pangbourne, Reading, Sonning Common, Shinfield and Twyford, Davis Tate also has PEA’s set up in Binfield, Winnersh, Woodley and now Tilehurst.

Hendrik brings with him over 30 years of experience in the industry having started off in estate agency in 1976. After running his own business in London, and working for  Independent Agents in Wantage and Goring, he was invited to join Davis Tate in 1999.  Originally based in the Goring on Thames office as a negotiator, he thereafter became the office manager and then ran the ‘Country and Riverside Homes’ department for the whole company. In 2007 he moved full time to the Pangbourne office, which currently incorporates properties that fall within Tilehurst.

Living locally with local insight and knowledge and having perceived the demand for a dedicated presence in Tilehurst, Hendrik is looking forward to the challenge of growing this area under his personal direction.

The PEA’s effectively work within the Davis Tate brand using the company’s network, resources and property marketing tools, yet differ in offering a unique service to their clients in being their sole point of contact from market valuation, to conducting viewings, sale negotiations and day to day dealings and they are on call effectively 24/7 from a telephone or email.
