Davis Tate are pleased to announce that Gavin Laird Craig has joined Davis Tate as an area Director covering Thame and the surrounding villages, as one of their growing band of Personal Estate Agents.

Gavin has been involved with major Estate Agencies in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire for the last 25 years as has an intricate knowledge of Country and Town property in the area. In addition he spent three years with a historical property broker selling Freehold pubs and hotels in Bucks, Berks and Oxon, a part of the business he wishes to develop as well.

Gavin and his wife Caroline have lived in Kingston Blount for the past 12 years, a village famed for its 'point-to-points'. He has a daughter Emma who is an actress based in London, and a son who teaches music.

“I love country life, and sports, particularly Rugby, where I have played for Wheatley RFC 2nds as a prop for the last 20 years. Rugby teaches you to make the best of opportunities and that’s why I am the newest PEA for Davis Tate.
