Tenants must be prepared to move quickly to view property in a competitive market. A holding charge will secure your choice of property subject to references, and you must allow at least 2 weeks for us to receive references and prepare paperwork before you can move in. We need copies of formal identification such as passports or driving licences.

We will charge you an arrangement fee to cover the costs of the referencing, and the costs of the inventory at the start and finish of the tenancy
